Nestled a mere 5.5 km from the heart of Brive-la-Gaillarde, Ibis Budget Brive La Gaillarde was a pleasantly surprising pit stop on our journey back home from Spain to Germany. With a cozy bed and a hot shower, it certainly ticked all the right boxes for a restful night. The breakfast was delightfully basic yet satisfying, allowing us to fuel up for the drive ahead. While the ambiance may lack charm with a slightly sterile feel and minimal reception hours, it really didn't bother us-just a small trade-off for affordability. If you're in need of a quick stopover that won't break the bank and still provides decent amenities, Ibis Budget is a wise choice. I'd book here again without hesitation, especially if accompanied by fellow travelers craving a straightforward, no-frills stay.
